The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur Brings Back Guest Star Chef Series with Exclusive Four-Hand Dining Experience
The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur is set to delight culinary enthusiasts next month with the return of its prestigious Guest Star Chef Series. The Brasserie, which has earned recognition as a Michelin-selected restaurant for three consecutive years since its 2016 debut, will host an exclusive two-night, four-hand dining experience this May 2025.
The highly anticipated event will feature a collaboration between The Brasserie’s own Executive Chef Norazizi Bin Taslim and the celebrated Executive Chef Unaver V. Unabia from Kayuputi at The St. Regis Langkawi. Together, they will present “Local Harvests, Exquisite Flavours” – a culinary journey blending Malaysia’s finest produce with exceptional culinary skills.
Guests can expect an expertly curated eight-course menu celebrating Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage. Each dish promises to showcase local harvests prepared with Western artistry and innovative, sustainable touches. Highlights include “Flavours of Oyster” served with Tanjung Malim Caviar and Lamb Rack paired with locally sourced BoomGrow Salad.
Chef Azizi, who hails from Selangor, is known for masterfully fusing local cuisine with Western culinary techniques, creating unexpected pairings that leave lasting impressions. Meanwhile, Chef Unaver brings over 20 years of global culinary expertise to the table, with a reputation for working closely with local communities and transforming regional ingredients into elevated fine dining experiences.
This collaborative event represents a meeting of two culinary masters from the region, both reimagining Malaysia’s finest treasures in pursuit of gastronomic perfection. The blend of tradition and innovation will be available to experience on 9 and 10 May 2025.
The exclusive dining experience is priced at MYR388 nett per person, with an optional wine pairing available at MYR588 nett. Dinner service begins at 6:00 PM on both evenings at The Brasserie, located on Level 2 of The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has announced the highly anticipated return of its popular “Savour the Sea” seafood buffet at Curate restaurant. The weekend dining event, which runs every Saturday night from April through June 2025, features an extensive array of marine delicacies sourced from Malaysian waters and beyond.
The seafood extravaganza, which first launched in September 2024, quickly established itself as a favorite among both international visitors and local food enthusiasts. Its return comes in response to strong customer demand for the ocean-inspired culinary experience.
Executive Chef Junious Dickerson leads the culinary team behind the buffet, emphasising sustainable sourcing practices and partnerships with local farms and fishermen to showcase the best of Malaysian seafood.

Globally inspired hot dishes add further appeal to the spread, with offerings such as Tandoori River Prawns, Papillote Whole Salmon, and Abalone Carbonara. Asian cuisine enthusiasts will appreciate locally inspired favorites including Wok-Fried Chilli Mud Crab, Seafood Biryani Rice, and Char Kway Teow with Baby Scallops.
A highlight of the dining experience comes in the form of Chef’s pass-around specialties, featuring the standout Caviar Waffles made with T’lur tropical caviar and popcorn shrimp—a unique creation that exemplifies the innovative approach of the Four Seasons culinary team.
The “Savour the Sea” buffet at Curate is available every Saturday evening throughout the spring season, with pricing set at MYR 288+ per adult and MYR 144+ per child.
