Step Up And Stop Your Life Of Struggles

The most common email I get from readers is “How do I overcome my life of struggles?”

Only a few years ago, my life was a constant struggle due to major health issues and its impact on the rest of my life.

In a way, this blog post is a message to those of you who are struggling, and it will give you your way forward, and that I have no doubts is what you are looking for. So, give yourself 5 minutes to read this and then follow through on my suggestions. They will, I assure you, begin to make the change you are so desperate for and no longer have a life of struggles.

Come on a journey with me to move you from your painful, dark place and let’s see if we can find the light again in your life. I know we can. There can be no more putting it off, if your existence is based around a life of struggles then it is time to make changes.

Let me be straight, if you are not happy
with your life as it is, then it’s time for you to bring about change.

Change won’t happen on its own. You must
make it happen.

But if your dissatisfaction with life is
big enough then you have two choices.

1. Use this dissatisfaction to make you
step up, challenge yourself and take massive action to bring about change.

2. Alternatively take it on the chin and
accept a life ahead of more struggle and disappointment.

Choosing the second alternative is simply
crazy.

“Change is the only constant. Hanging on is the only sin.”

Denise McCluggage

It doesn’t matter that so far things haven’t worked out, because you’re not at the end, and you still have time to do better and transform your life. If you believe in that possibility than you can make anything happen.

If you’re not where you want to be in your career or, for that matter, in your life, never let yourself believe change is impossible. Don’t allow your future to be limited by your age or your situation; stop being afraid of what might go wrong and start getting excited about what could go right.

No matter how old you are, it’s never too late to change your life for the better. Just make sure you don’t settle for a life of struggles.

You are the director of your life, make sure you create a happy ending.

“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

George Bernard Shaw

Change doesn’t happen overnight. There’s no button that’s pushed to magically alter everything. Change happens little by little. Day by day. Hour by hour.

“Your life does not get better by chance. It gets better by change.”

Jim Rohn

The first change you have to make is what happens between your two ears, inside of your brain. Change your fortunes by changing your mind. Your mindset filters how you view your world, what you see and how you interpret every situation. If you have a negative mindset you’re constantly stopping yourself from benefiting from opportunities that come your way because you can’t see past the negative.

You attract what you put out there, and to welcome positive change into your life, you first need to believe it’s possible. You may have heard the quote, “whether you believe you can or can’t, you’re right.”

First, start recognizing where your current mindset is leading you. Is it constantly crippling you with its negativity?

Changing your mindset won’t happen instantly but tuning in to positivity and belief will enable you to see bigger and better opportunities which will pave the way for positive changes in your life and help you escape a life of struggles.

The reality is that changing your life starts with changing the way you see everything in your life.

Are you ready?

“One change always leaves the way open for the establishment of others.”

Niccolo Machiavelli

It is time to step up and be brilliant!

Do these four things before you leave this article. Do them. No more excuses. No more procrastination. No more avoidance. Today is the day you begin to change your life.

  1. Decide exactly what you want and where you want to go. Create your perfect life vision. The life you want to live. Being, doing, having what you want.
  2. Set a deadline and make a plan to get there – map out the short-term goals you want to achieve over the next one, two, three, four, five and ten years. Then determine exactly what you need to do to achieve them.
  3. Take action on your plan; do something every day to move toward your goal.
  4. Resolve in advance that you will persist until you succeed, that you will never, ever give up.

This formula is your key to success and has worked for almost everyone who has ever tried it. It will require the very most you can give and the best qualities you can develop. In developing and following these keys to personal success, you will evolve and grow to become an extraordinary person. Take these four steps and your life of struggles will be a thing of the past.
